ABSTRACT Introduction: Volleyball has become popular worldwide, and its athletic standard has risen. The skills of jumping into a net test athletes’ lower limb strength and speed. Objective: Study the effects of deep jumping exercises on the explosive strength in the lower limbs of volleyball athletes. Methods: Through the experimental method, logical analysis method, and mathematical statistics method, the kinematics and the results of the practical tests on the 8 muscles of the athletes’ lower limbs were studied. The training took place for 8 weeks of training intervention, and the characteristic biomechanical structure of the athletes’ lower limb muscles during the deep jump was established. Results: The landing time of the athletes in the deep jump group was improved, with a change of 0.03s. The deep jump group increased in time by 0.02s, indicating that the jumping ability was significantly improved. Conclusion: The deep jump training method reduces the time spent landing, with a strong level of evidence. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.

RESUMEN Introducción: El voleibol se ha hecho popular en todo el mundo y su nivel deportivo ha aumentado. Las habilidades de salto en red, ponen a prueba la fuerza de los miembros inferiores y la velocidad de los atletas. Objetivo: Estudiar los efectos de los ejercicios de salto profundo sobre la fuerza explosiva en los miembros inferiores de los deportistas de voleibol. Métodos: Mediante el método experimental, el método de análisis lógico y el método de estadística matemática, se estudiaron la cinemática y los resultados de las pruebas prácticas de los 8 músculos de los miembros inferiores de los atletas. El entrenamiento se llevó a cabo durante 8 semanas de intervención, y se estableció la estructura biomecánica característica de los músculos de las extremidades inferiores de los atletas durante el salto en profundidad. Resultados: El tiempo de aterrizaje de los atletas del grupo de salto profundo mejoró, con un cambio de 0,03s, el grupo de salto en profundidad tuvo un aumento de tiempo de 0,02s, lo que indica que la capacidad de salto mejoró significativamente. Conclusión: El método de entrenamiento de salto profundo reduce el tiempo empleado en el aterrizaje, con un fuerte nivel de evidencia. RESUMO Introdução: O voleibol tornou-se popular em todo o mundo, e seu padrão atlético elevou-se. As habilidades de salto em rede, testam a força dos membros inferiores e a velocidade dos atletas. Objetivo: Estudar os efeitos dos exercícios de salto profundo sobre a força explosiva nos membros inferiores dos atletas de voleibol. Métodos: Através do método experimental, método de análise lógica e método de estatística matemática, foram estudas a cinemática e os resultados dos testes práticos nos 8 músculos dos membros inferiores dos atletas. O treinamento deu-se por 8 semanas de intervenção de treinamento, e a estrutura característica biomecânica dos músculos dos membros inferiores dos atletas durante o salto profundo foi estabelecida. Resultados: O tempo de pouso dos atletas no grupo de salto profundo foi aprimorado, com uma mudança de 0,03s, o grupo de salto em profundidade teve um aumento de tempo em 0,02s, indicando que a capacidade de salto foi significativamente aprimorada. Conclusão: O método de treinamento de salto profundo reduz o tempo gasto no pouso, com forte nível de evidência. ABSTRACT Purpose: Chronic inflammation in the liver is a key trigger for liver injury and fibrosis in various liver diseases. Given the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of Saffron, this study aimed to investigate the pharmacological effects of Saffron on hepatic inflammation and fibrosis. Methods: The mice model of hepatic fibrosis was constructed using CCl4, and Saffron was administered at low (10 mg/kg) and high (20 mg/kg) doses by gavage. Then, the changes in liver function, liver inflammation and fibrosis markers were evaluated. The effects and mechanisms of Saffron on hepatic stellate cells were further investigated in in-vitro experiments. Results: Saffron improved liver function, reduced liver inflammation and attenuated liver fibrosis in a dose-dependent manner in hepatic fibrosis mice. Furthermore, Western blotting showed that Saffron significantly inhibited JAK/STAT3 phosphorylation in fibrotic livers. Conclusions: Saffron can attenuate liver fibrosis by inhibiting the JAK/STAT3 pathway and the activation of hepatic stellate cell, providing a theoretical basis for the development of new anti-fibrotic drugs.

ABSTRACT The structural parameters, band structures and density of states of anatase TiO2 co-doped with Cu and S were calculated by first-principles based on the density functional theory. The results indicate that the volumes of the co-doped TiO2 increase due to the lattice distortion. The calculated X-ray diffraction pattern shows that the crystal phase of TiO2 is still kept as anatase after Cu and S co-doping. The band gap of TiO2 broadened when S substitutes for Ti or O along with Cu substitutes for Ti. The calculated partial density of states shows that the impurity energy levels mainly come from the Cu 3d and S 3p orbital. The calculated results may provide some theoretical foundations for the photocatalytic activity enhancement of TiO2 co-doped with Cu and S.

Rongalite® promove a clivagem de diarildissulfetos gerando os calcogenolatos correspondentes, que reagem facilmente com N-acilbenzotriazóis na presença de K2CO3, produzindo tioésteres em bons a excelentes rendimentos. As principais características desta metodologia são a não necessidade de catalisdores metálicos ou de reagentes caros e o alto rendimento. É digno de nota que as reações de disseleneto de difenila com N-acilbenzotriazóis são também conduzidas para produzir selenoésteres em bons rendimentos sob condições normais.

Rongalite® promotes cleavage of diaryldisulfides generating the corresponding chalcogenolate anions that then undergo facile reaction with N-acylbenzotriazoles in the presence of K2CO3 to afford thioesters in good to excellent yields. The important features of this methodology are no requirement of metal catalysts, without any expensive reagent and high yields. It is noteworthy that the reactions of diphenyl diselenide with N-acylbenzotriazoles are also conducted to afford selenoesters in good yields under the standard conditions.

Uma série de benzotiazóis 2-substituídos foi sintetizada pela condensação de 2-aminotiofenol com aldeídos (RCHO: R = Alquil, Aril, Heteroaril, 2-Arilformil) na presença de quantidade catalítica de brometo de cetiltrimetil amônio (CTAB) em água e sem adição de solventes orgânicos e oxidantes. Assim, usando esse protocolo, 2-alquilbenzotiazóis foram sintetizados em altos rendimentos e 2-arilformilbenzotiazóis foram obtidos pela condensação de 2-aminotiofenol com arilformil aldeídos pela primeira vez.

A series of 2-substituted benzothiazoles have been synthesized by the condensation of 2-aminothiophenol with aldehydes (RCHO: R = Alkyl, Aryl, Heteroaryl, 2-Arylformyl) in the presence of a catalytic amount of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) "on water" by a one-pot procedure without additional organic solvents and oxidants. Thereinto, 2-alkylbenzothiazoles were synthesized in high yields and 2-arylformylbenzothiazoles were obtained from the condensation of 2-aminothiophenol with arylformyl aldehydes for the first time using the present protocol.

Pirazóis foram preparados em excelentes rendimentos via reação de condensação entre várias 1,3-dicetonas (R¹COCHXCOCH3, R¹ = Me, Ph; X = H, Me, Cl) e hidrazinas, acilhidrazinas ou sulfonil hidrazinas, na presença de quantidades catalíticas de Sc(OTf)3, a temperatura ambiente, na ausência de solventes. Adicionalmente, o catalisador foi facilmente recuperado após as reações e reutilizado sem perda evidente na atividade.

Pyrazoles were prepared in excellent yields via solventless condensation of various 1,3-diketones (R¹COCHXCOCH3, R¹ = Me, Ph; X = H, Me, Cl) and hydrazines, acylhydrazines or sulfonyl hydrazines in the presence of a catalytic amount of Sc(OTf)3 at room temperature. Additionally, the catalyst could be recovered easily after the reactions and reused without evident loss in activity.
